How Can I Help You

I started my personal chef service business in 1998 after many years in the business world. I enjoyed cooking and eating and thought I could help people enjoy meals at home. 

After a couple years, I decided to try teaching cooking classes and discovered that I loved teaching. All ages, a variety of venues, school nutrition professionals, library programs, individuals.

Since 2006, I've been a product specialist with KitchenAid providing training and demonstrations on counter top appliances. 

Since 2008, I've been a Georgia Library Performer providing cooking programs to libraries in Georgia. 

Since 2014, I've been a trainer with The Institute of Child Nutrition teaching food service professionals at schools across the country. 

In 2020, I decided to focus on teaching people how to cook to be able to enjoy delicious meals, save money and reduce life stresses. 

I love the variety of my jobs and the personal interactions.

Menu Planning Services 

Need some help to reduce stress at dinner time?

I can help.

Cooking is easier when ingredients are available and when there's no time crunch.

Planning is key and doesn't have to be time consuming. Learn how to plan, quick pantry staples, big batches to freeze for future meals, how to cook when there is no time. 

It's tough to decide on dinner while at the store after a long day at work while hungry.

Try something different. 

I can help with planning, recipes, tips. 

Rates start at $75/hour with a 2 hour minimum.

Cooking Classes

Cooking can be fun. Whether you'd like to work one on one, with a group, or for a special event, I'd love to cook with you.

We'll talk about what you'd like to learn and I'll create a menu, grocery list and equipment list. 

I'll shop on the way to your home. 

We'll work in your kitchen and I'll supplement your equipment as needed. 

One on one instruction fee $300 per three hour session.

Group classes for 2 to 6 people, contact for pricing, starts at $400.
