Menu Planning 7/6 to 7/13 or 15

Back on track for menu planning. It was hard the past year because I wasn't sure when or if I could shop, what might be in the stores and whether I'd feel much like cooking.

I like to menu plan and shop and that seems to be getting back to a more normal place.

I use Plan to Eat because I can add recipes to PTE, it creates a grocery list, and it's easy to use. In addition to being online, it's an app, so I can have the list on my phone at the store.

T: Dilled Pork Stroganoff over Noodles with Broccoli

W: Dumpling Soup using frozen chicken stock, dumplings and fresh bok choy

TH: Thai Chicken Salad, maybe start bagels

F: Spanakopita Pie and Feta Dip

S: Pierogies and Applesauce

S: Shrimp in Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

M: Crispy Sheet Pan Gnocchi with Vegetables

T: maybe grocery shopping but maybe freezer foraging until Thursday

Im a big freezer user, so an trying to use what I have and not just hoard meals!
