Friday Pizza Night

We had not had pizza for quite a while. During the pandemic, we've had more often than we used to, but it's a good way to use bits and pieces in the fridge.

I like the quick dough from King Arthur flour. I make 2 pizzas usually and freeze one dough ball for the future.

Since I made meatball sandwiches Thursday night, I had leftover meatballs and sauce.

One pizza with meatballs, sauteed bell peppers and onions, provolone and romano.

One pizza with banana peppers, mushrooms, mozzarella, romano and pepperoni.

Tomato sauce from the meatballs for both and additional sauce for the freezer.

Both delicious!
