You want to eat well but it takes time to find the ingredients and plan the meals. After more than 15 years of personal cheffing, I have learned a lot about food, about cooking, about what is good, what is in season and what makes me feel well. I’d love to help you out with meals at your home.
I know what it is to eat out 3 to 4 times a week, throw away groceries you had full intention of preparing, eat the same old meals when you do cook and even tire of restaurants.
I understand that you don’t have time to research new recipes, find new ingredients, plan, shop and cook. Even if you enjoy cooking, it’s nice to have some meals ready to go when you need some extra help.

In 1998, I left the high stress world of project management without knowing what I was going to do. After some thought and research I started Chef Carlin Personal Chef Service.
I am a Certified Personal Chef and a member of The International Association of Culinary Professionals.
In June 2010, I attended the kick-off for Chefs Move to Schools at The White House. In August 2010, I started an afterschool cooking club at Autrey Mill Middle School. I was recognized by The White House as a Champion of Change in April 2011 and participated in a round table discussion with Sam Kass, several other chefs and a representative from the USDA.
Food safety is very important to me and I am certified in food safety. I teach Food Safety Basics for The Institute of Child Nutrition.
I love giving people the tools to feed themselves delicious, healthy meals and have been teaching cooking classes since 1999. I’ve taught at Cook’s Warehouse, libraries throughout Georgia, homes,, schools and conference rooms.
Since 2006, I have been a product specialist for KitchenAid and enjoy demonstrating all of the wonderful KitchenAid countertop products.
I started working with Cyndie Story in 2012 to teach food service workers how to work within the school regulations and make tasty, healthy food for school lunches.
In 2014 I attended training to become a consultant with The Institute of Child Nutrition. In addition to Food Safety Basics, I am certified to teach Practical Skills for Quality Meals, Healthy Cuisine for Kids and Chefs Move to Schools.
